Burkina Faso developed gender inclusive NDC Sector Plans and followed the ICTU communications standards in the NDC. CAEP supported this by:
  • Providing analytical support assessing gender and youth mainstreaming and support in the previous NDC.
  • Supporting capacity building workshops on gender mainstreaming and supported the creation of “gender-climate change" Action Plans for key NDC sectors.
